Walk-ins Welcome at KCOI for Urgent Orthopedic Injuries

No Appointment Necessary at Ortho Urgent Care

Ortho Urgent Care Hours of OperationThe Ortho Urgent Care clinic at Kansas City Orthopaedic Institute offers after-hours access to highly specialized orthopedic care and highly trained physicians. Open seven days a week, walk-in service is available for patients ages 12 and older with sports injuries and everyday orthopedic injuries caused by falls and other accidents.

Because Ortho Urgent Care is located inside the region’s only dedicated orthopedic hospital, patients benefit from the specialization of more than 25 board-certified orthopedic physicians—including Dickson-Diveley Orthopaedics physicians—as well as physician assistants and nurses who specialize in orthopedics and sports medicine.

In addition to diagnostic imaging, bracing, splinting, casting, and other treatment services, the staff at Ortho Urgent Care will assist with scheduling of MRIs and rehabilitation therapy if needed. For concussions or severe injuries that threaten life or limb, patients should call 911 or go the nearest emergency room.
