Test Results

Your physician might order an MRI or another diagnostic test after your initial examination. Once you have the MRI or diagnostic test, please allow up to five business days for your physician to receive and assess the interpretive report or test results.

To protect your privacy, and to comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), we speak only with you, the patient, or a designated family member about your personal medical messages or test results. We cannot use voicemail or leave messages on answering machines, even if you ask us to do so.

If you have questions about your test results, please call our office at 913-319-7600 from 7:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, or e-mail your physician through our secure patient portal.

Prescription Refills

If you need a refill for your medication, please notify your pharmacy and ask a member of the pharmacy’s staff to contact us during our business hours of 7:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. We cannot respond to refill requests we receive outside of our regular business hours.

Please call for a refill before you run out of your medication. It may take up to 24 hours for refill approval and fulfillment. Additionally, if more than six months have passed since your last office exam, you will need to schedule a medication review with your doctor before requesting a prescription refill.
