Your Spine and Back Specialist Team:

The Dickson-Diveley Clinic is committed to better patient care thru subspecialty expertise. Any of our physicians or physician assistants can initiate your spine and back care and then introduce you to one of our many subspecialty experts.

The following physicians have fellowship training, specialty emphasis, and special expertise in the non operative care and of the surgery of the spine.

Mark Bernhardt, M.D.

Dr. Bernhardt is a University of Kansas School of Medicine graduate, took his orthopaedic training at St. Francis Hospital, Wichita, Kansas, and did a Spine Fellowship at Harvard Medical School. He joined the clinic in January 1990.

Lan Fotopoulos, M.D.

Dr. Fotopoulos joined the clinic in September, 2004. He is the first Physiatrist to join the Clinic. He graduated from medical school at the University of Missouri at Kansas City in 1992. He honorably served his country in the United States Navy as Lieutenant Commander, Medical Corps, United States Navy, 1997-2000. He completed a residency in Physical Medicine and Physiatry at the University of Kansas in 2003 and a Fellowship in Musculoskeletal Medicine and Invasive Spine Procedures at Washington University, St. Louis Missouri August 2003 through July 2004.

Fermin Santos, M.D.

Dr. Santos joined the clinic in 2010. He graduated from medical school at the University of Kansas in 2005. He completed a residency in Physical Medicine and Physiatry at the University of Kansas in 2009 and a Fellowship in Musculoskeletal Medicine and Invasive Spine Procedures at The Orthopaedic Clinic Association, Scottsdale, Arizona.
